Yep! Where are those pansies who keep yelling human cruelty all the time now? Animals aren't that different from us. In fact, animals ARE like us, in many different ways..
I live in a city in North Karnataka, India, called Vijaypur. And my school, is surrounded by trees with these weaver birds, actually they are very common in my city. 3:37 these types of nests are so common. The branches from which they hang are just mere metres away from the windows of my most of my school's classes. I've seen many birds build them, and use them. So beautiful.

Okay hear me out: Let's learn huge groups of birds to pay for food with metal rings, then give one bird all the food, so much he cant eat it all alone, then give the others metal rings so that they can pay with this. Learn the bird with the food to pay for treats and better food with coins and start introducing different coins for better food. Change around the food holder a couple of times and then just learn all of them to sell or buy multiple kinds of food for different values. Now you unleash this in a shared habitat instead of the connected ones in the video. Introduce antoher coin and give birds who pay with it a luxury habitat for a while, learn him how to rent. Do this to all of them. Now unleash them in a habitat with luxury rooms and all kinds of coins. You now have a market and house renting in a bird comunity. Now learn them that one purple ring is worth 5 yellow ones by giving those instead of a treat. Then learn them all the values relative to each other (recommend having no more then 3 or 4 types of rings. Let them learn it to a new generation for observation. Test what the birds do or don't. Please I'd pay all I got to see a community of birds evolving into trade like this. Im not done though, assign jobs to the birds. Give them chip collars or smthng so that when they stick their heads in a very closely fit passage they can come trough. This way you can give one bird acces to each type of food and maybe even nesting materials or smthng. They now have jobs. Now unleash them into a new habitat. Just plants and nesting houses, nothing else and put some rings in the houses. Please do this I'd be orepared to soend a decade for even a small part of this
Once My African grey parrot stole my Lays chips, he got really mad when I tried to get it from him, he tried to bite me, he’s friendly and loves me, we’ve been living for years together, most of my whole life is spent with him 😂 I love that day.
I had a Husky, and it would shed clouds of winter fur. She would be outside, and birds would yank the loose fur right out of her fur. Later, I would find nest , white the light fluffy fur in the inside the nest. The outside of nest, would be grass, and such, but fur lined the inside.
