How much time takes approximately to make one video?
You make requests? (If yes, have some rules before do a request?)

Hey, glad to have you here! :)
To answer your first question: It depends on many factors. For example how many characters are involved, what kind of genre it is, how complex the models are, etc.
If I had to guess I would say for a long video (around 10 Minutes) it takes around 30 hours. With tendencies upwards.
For your second questions I take *suggestions*. Not request. If there is a cool model out there you want me to use in a video you can suggest it but:
1. I decide if and when I use this model.
2. I don't accept any suggestions of nude stuff
3. Don't spam.
So if I like a model you suggest I might use it in the future and if I don't, I don't.

Because the shoes are part of the model herself. Her feet and shoes share the same bone.
