1, the ball in the middle should be on a tighter set of elastics so that it, as a target, is more responsive.
2, you should run a rope to the ground from the bottom of the tire so that it swings less and swivels more, you could at thay point add a third arm at the bottom of the tire to give a transitional point to climb around so that your not just jumping from arm to arm with a big open area in the middle.

Tires are great, but you better wrap your wrists. Elbow pads are smart as well. Injury easy..
