As someone who never watched this anime before, this is so confusing The wimp in the middle of a battle between two girls and to the eyes of normal people those two girls are constantly disappearing and reappearing and those said normal people are fighting until some guy holding a motorcycle with this idea of throwing it at someone comes in and everyone stops the fight just as some random dude blocked both strikes from both women fighting each other, everyone thought “uh okay what the fack” and those two women are not even human, and then it’s later revealed that there’s a hostage and bad guy in this situation implying that this is just the small part of the conflict It’s like he’s literally Switzerland with that neutrality and everyone likes him, he even looks like the Hetalia Switzerland
Helmet lady is Vorona. A Russian assassin, she is human. She was using smoke bombs so she and Anri, the girl with the katana, could seemingly vanish. Anri is, basically possessed by a demon sword known as Saika. The whimp is Mikado, and trust me. He is not actually a whimp. He can be scary and badass at times. The strong guy is Shizuo, he has unnatural strength. Is almost unkillable. Chikage the guy who stopped the two girls fighting is a gang leader, who picked a fight with another gang. Until both gangs realized Chikage's girlfriend was kidnapped by yet another gang. Chikage, and the gang he is fighting, both hate violence against women. So teamed up to save her. And no, not everyone loves Shizuo. Many hate, and or fear him. It is a mix of fear and respect that made the fight stop. Since, you never ever want to anger him.
How come we never get to see Varona and Celty fight or hell, even interact with one another? I mean they’re both bikers so at least we could have seen the two racing each other anyone. Plus both of them are dating two Japanese guys named Shinra and Shizuo, seeing how Celty is from Ireland and Varona is from Russia.

Or maybe there could have been a Celty X Varona tease with Varona trying to cop a feel with Celty's breasts or try and touch her sensitive parts to see if Celty gets turned on.
They have interacted. As enemies. Vorona was hired to kill Celty, it failed. Vorona is not dating Shizuo. She was basically forced into being his employee, and is plotting methods to kill him. Unsure about laws in Japan, but in America. Shinra and Celty would be considered married. Common law marriage.

But when he was thrown in jail, she was hired by that woman who created the Saika Sword to be her bodyguard and steal Celty's head. When she faced Shizou again after he was free and fighting Izaya, he was totally ok with her siding with the woman who caused the whole Saika mess.

Yup, even though he didn't know just HOW dangerous those girls actually were, still only have respect for the man.
He took three punches from Shizuo before going down, that is enough to tell how strong this guy is.
