I did this hinge in college 11 years ago. But I forgot :). It's still on my book. But let me try your video. it's easier. By the way watching your video I learn a lot of tricks, command and other thing. I did model (clutch, engine, Gear, Hydraulic, Mouse, Oil Piston, Speaker, Turbo pump, Vacuum tubes, NT cutter) and will do more model. Thank you.

Why make a second hinge part from scratch? You could save as and then make the necessary changes or create a separate configuration and save a lot of time.
