Anyone know how the chutes are for snowboarders? Obviously skiers have a better time on the double black steep stuff, but wondering how advanced boarders feel on a lot of this mountain's steep stuff? Great vid!
I am trying to decide whether to book a vacation at Kicking Horse or Panorama. which of these is more scenic? Which of them has more dramatic mountain scenery? which one would you recommend over the other and why? thak you in advance for responding.
@Averius-ff2ii Kicking Horse has the best views. It would be my first choice. But if you plan on ski in/ski out, Panorama would have more options, it has a village. Kicking Horse has less to offer for on hill lodging.

Difficult choice to make...i go to Canada almost every Christmas...ive been to kicking horse and i love the scenery. i tried making lodging arrangements at Panaroma and its a pain in the neck....they are not on expedia. You have to go through their reservation service ...very inconvenient. have you been to sun peaks by chance? if yest, how does that compare to kicking horse.
@@Averius-ff2ii Both are rad resorts with very consistent snow, so great locations to plan a trip around. If your group is full of confident, advanced skiers, you'll be able to take advantage of Kicking Horse's epic terrain. If it is a more intermediate group, Pano has a little more terrain for those levels. Both are unreal for scenery.

I agree, I've skiied Kicking Horse and Panorama. I loved the towns of Golden and Invermere too.
