When he took off one of the paper thin tires popped, this caused an ADC failure, because his ADC was down, the auto flaps never retracted, and he was flying with a lot of drag. It's also possible that his popped tire never came up, further slowing him down. Then again, it's DCS, so who knows.
He could be doing a project on different wood being used in different applications. He had elasticity data in there so I assume it was a comparison between actual strength (most force needed to fail) and elasticity (amount of deflection before fail).
