THIS EXACTLY! This is the obvious consequence of crucifying refs for 'early' stoppages. The ref's job is to keep people safe, let them make that decision. They've got the best view, ability and experience to see if a fighter is in a position to be permanently hurt. If we want the sport to continue, we can't allow the kind of thing that happened to Prichard Colon to happen again.

This was the scariest Periera has ever looked in my opinion. Jiri walked through all of rakic’s shots, only to be sent completely horizontal by one left hook from Periera.
This and his fight vs Hill are definitely his most dominant displays so far, the dude is 37 and he’s only getting better

True, his body was on auto pilot but you could tell the mind was not there. Went into the second round concussed and Alex knew it which is why he threw the head kick barely 10 seconds into the round. He took a good long look at him after he dropped him in the first round, he saw he was out of it.
