I love it. I've been paying a $2900 mortgage for as long as I can remember. This inspires me to sell at the end, cash out the equity and for cash buy a small piece of land and one of these homes.
As the other person said but without any details, you will have other costs. You need to have plumbing done on your lot, a foundation ready for your home, and then you have to hook up electrical. The other person's estimate of $100K is way too high, especially considering that you only need a very small foundation, but it is a very necessary cost to consider.
@Tubby-oq3uu Delends on your situation. Was there a house on the land before? Condition of the land etc. Clearing the land can run you 2k. Running electricity on the high end can be about 7k on average. Water supply/septic can be low(3k). On a newer land that's far off from the town/ city water supply.. this could run you 20k! That being said, you're likely to spend around 30k or so.
Federal government doesn't think so. US govt has ordered them (and some have been delivered). Worst part about it is the loooong wait. They've just bought a third warehouse to bump up production, but the wait list is so long that regular folks (like me) will probably need to give up waiting. Although, if enough people had to give up, that wait list might not be as long as we think.

Thats my plan as well 😂 Good man!
Thanks for the information! ENJOYED your video!
Boxable isn’t available. It’s a dream. Nice concept but not available
You can check for availability in their website www.boxabl.com/.
@@modularhomesandtinyhouse Their website says you may have to wait at least a year.
Are electrical, plumbing, and hvac included in build?
@@modularhomesandtinyhouseTheir waitlist is 170,000 and they can only build 6-8k a year. It’s gonna be a LONG wait for Boxabl.
21 year wait list!???
Question is the price of the “construction” added in ?
No way, it's just the shell cost. Add another $100k for installation and connection of electric and plumbing to get your average end cost.

What would you say a realistic estimate would be opposed to $100k after buying the shell?@@medmuscle

So 100k for the shell and another 50k to make it liveable. I guess that sounds right.
Can this home exterior be bricked for not too much added cost?
I like the Pratt homes just not available in my state. CT
That one was really the best value. You've got to have that extra 1/2 bath.
Are these in California or only in states like Texas or luisiana

That’s not what the Jackson looks like at all
Vocable, assemble in 1 day...after a 3-5 yr wait, if the company doesn't go bk
You video of the #3 home is NOT a tiny home as your video declares!!!!!
It's the best value out of all of them.
@ 2:01 wack
Boxabl is a scam ?

Too small sorry
They didn't say it was for everyone and they literally can in ANY size you choose
I don't understand it. I don't give a sh*t about rich people or their lives.
