1:50 : spawn bots, hop on ledge, 1 tap bots for 1-2 minutes 2:00 : choose 50 bot mode, turn on strafe, go into the middle, strafe while also keeping your crosshair on the bots, after they stop, shoot 2:17 : spawn medium bots, hop on the ledge, start your crosshair on the left/right pillar, practice your flicking, after you 1 tap the bot re adjust your crosshair to the pillar you begin with 2:45 : spawn medium/hard bots, begin your crosshair on the middle pillar, after a bot spawns try to 1 tap it as accurate as you can, after you 1 tap it, do not adjust your crosshair until the next bot spawns, and then flick/slow flick on to the next bot 3:15 : spawn as breach, ult all of the bots out of the way, shoot 3 bots to get them back to they’re original position, 1 tap 1 bot, and then transfer onto the other bot 3:40 : hop onto 1-2 tdm and cook them enemies UP
Don't do team deathmatches, they're on custom different maps entirely which means you won't be practicing or warming up your crosshair placement when moving around the maps in current rotation.
Depends...for lower elo players who may not have developed the basics of CP then it would help tremendously. If you already know how peek corners and want to just learn the map then you can just dm
i did mention either deathmatch or TDM but since its a warm up and not practice TDM is better in my opinion for warming up your minds and body as you arent getting killed from behind randomly and you are also using utility and different guns, however to each their own
Bro i have to say this is one of the best physical warm ups, ima try it for 2 weeks. The results today after trying it was so much better than i expected bro. Like some days i dont even warm my hands up or like do anything i js hop into aimlabs then the range and just counter strafe 1 taps. This really helped me. I feel like my hands r so much more like idk how to explain, alive, they can move faster aim better and my hands r LIKE OP. W video bruda 🎉🎉. Note: i will edit this comment and say the results i got, in 2 weeks!
fair enough its a good thing to work on and get used to as if you have to flick to multiple people this will help you with that! hope you enjoyed the video and it was able to help! much love
aaay thank you! this one is good for warming up, the 15 minute immortal routine is more of an aim training routine, i would advice this as a warm up since it has the stretching at the beginning
if youre having a day when this happens consistently get off for the day and go do something else like exercise go for a walk, and come back the next day and play sometimes its just not our day to game, if its only one game, then you need to try and not let the missed shots get to you, hold tighter angles and rely on crosshair placement instead of raw aim this will get your condifence back up and youll start to hit more shots, you can also do a shorter version of the hand exercises to ghet blood flowing again it will help aswell (do 1 set of each) i hope this helps much love
there is a mixture of both, dynamic is always better pre game and static after, but most people wont ever do static stretching after they play so i added them in aswell to help prevent injury and keep everyone healthy! much love
Damn. This is the first time I’ve seen a creator talk about physical warm ups, good idea bro !
yesssiir! its all about physical health around here! i hope you enjoyed the video and it was able to help much love
I remember a video where a guy told to exercise, wake-up on time, hit gym and eat balanced diet to improve in valorant
@@TerminalAddict was probably my video homie
@@AnimalisticGaming i have a question should i focus on anything while playing the tdm or should i jsut go and kill everything?
This warmup routine had me hitting shots very confutable in the team deathmatch, 10/10 would recommend
1:50 : spawn bots, hop on ledge, 1 tap bots for 1-2 minutes
2:00 : choose 50 bot mode, turn on strafe, go into the middle, strafe while also keeping your crosshair on the bots, after they stop, shoot
2:17 : spawn medium bots, hop on the ledge, start your crosshair on the left/right pillar, practice your flicking, after you 1 tap the bot re adjust your crosshair to the pillar you begin with
2:45 : spawn medium/hard bots, begin your crosshair on the middle pillar, after a bot spawns try to 1 tap it as accurate as you can, after you 1 tap it, do not adjust your crosshair until the next bot spawns, and then flick/slow flick on to the next bot
3:15 : spawn as breach, ult all of the bots out of the way, shoot 3 bots to get them back to they’re original position, 1 tap 1 bot, and then transfer onto the other bot
3:40 : hop onto 1-2 tdm and cook them enemies UP

Deathmatch too is just too unpredictable and cheesy to warm up
@@AnimalisticGaming in that case spike rushes would work too?
Deathmatch is trash you don’t use util, sound whore, and get shot in the back
W video bro. This is what I needed lmao
aaay no problem at all! im glad you enojoyed the video and i hope it was able to help! much love!
Dude, I started this act at diamond 3 and now im immortal 1 thanks to this routine

this is actually crazy!
really great editing, love ur content ! so, you would advise this over your older 15 mins immortal routine video?

Any tips on when i'm playing a game but i just can't hit my shots anyway to like practice in game or something?
if youre having a day when this happens consistently get off for the day and go do something else like exercise go for a walk, and come back the next day and play sometimes its just not our day to game, if its only one game, then you need to try and not let the missed shots get to you, hold tighter angles and rely on crosshair placement instead of raw aim this will get your condifence back up and youll start to hit more shots, you can also do a shorter version of the hand exercises to ghet blood flowing again it will help aswell (do 1 set of each) i hope this helps much love
the stretches you are showing are static stretches which are better after playing. you should do dynamic stretches as a warmup instead
the 3rd and 4th stretch you show are dynamic but the first two are static
there is a mixture of both, dynamic is always better pre game and static after, but most people wont ever do static stretching after they play so i added them in aswell to help prevent injury and keep everyone healthy! much love
much better than sena or any other of those bs creators
aaay thank you means alot! im glad you enjoyed the video and it was able to help! much love homie!
yo whats the crosshair code heh i want pls ( In the 3:00 Mark )
Hey just have a quick question: I m pretty bad at aiming so can I try first with easy bots? OR should I immediately start with medium?
@@clemsisco7507 start with easy and work your way up! You don’t have to start right at medium
