87 (approx) is very good in half yearly. Boards paper are easier than school paper like preboards or half yearly. In my half yearly, I scored only 75% but in boards ,I scored 90.8 %. Congratulations for 1st Rank in Class.

@@MotivationalshortsXd dude there was no extreme strictness in checking English. But you have to be careful while doing editing and comprehension. And the marks you will get will completely depend on the teacher who is checking. But in literature, they would just check the points or key words. So for getting best marks for literature I would definitely recommend you to read the text 8 times for a single chapter (this rly works I am sureee). But this is a Lil bit time consuming so you have to break down the time into small units with suitable relax timings. And for writing section, the only thing you have to do is practise comprehension, editing, grammar and other writing section questions as much you can. Bcs for these type of questions the only thing you have to do is to practise more and more questions. For me I lost 9 marks for the writing section (ie., for comprehension, grammar and editing). And also I lost A1 for only English.

Actually I got my answer sheet today, I got both SST and English... Coincidence .. IDK but we both have same mark.. I got 74.5 out of 80 basically if it was in 100 it will be 94 and English also 61/80 😅 ... I'm satisfied with my sst, if I had worked hard I might got more and about English.. I lost my mark for handwriting and some grammar mistake and the worst thing is, I just cut the correct answer and wrote wrong answer 🙃🔪 just looking like a wow!! One thing to be noted that I didn't got proper study leave.. No leave for language subject and one day leave for main subjects... And my exams were held afternoon which is literally tiring, we need to be in school from 8:55am to 4 pm.. 😢

I scored 98.2% in my midterm exam, 100 in standard maths and sst but guess what, my father showed no happiness or reaction. He said "school wale toh tere ko aise hi marks de denge, jab tere board me itne aayenge tab mere se baat karna" 😂💀 I was in shock after hearing that because I thought he will be so happy and I will get some sort of shabashi😂
I mean don't get me wrong but he is right although that's not true for every school since when I was in 10th, my answers were strictly checked in school but there are many schools as well who are the opposite and freely give out marks and make students overconfident and that leads to them not doing as good as expected in the boards. You did really awesome!! But my advice to you would be to just keep your head down for now and prepare the best you can. Half Yearly and Pre-Boards don't really matter just use them as tools to strengthen your prep. Trust me dude class 10th is really chill and easy and you can do great in boards with a bit of effort. This is coming from so senior who is class 11 rn and gave my 10th boards just last year and got 97.4%. So all the best and work hard you will surely get the results bud!!!!

But I have 6 subjects if we will calculate only top 5 so my percent is 91.4 %(IT is additional ) if I will replace my maths marks with IT

Actually I got my answer sheet today, I got both SST and English... Coincidence .. IDK but we both have same mark.. I got 74.5 out of 80 basically if it was in 100 it will be 94 and English also 61/80 😅 ... I'm satisfied with my sst, if I had worked hard I might got more and about English.. I lost my mark for handwriting and some grammar mistake and the worst thing is, I just cut the correct answer and wrote wrong answer 🙃🔪 just looking like a wow!!
One thing to be noted that I didn't got proper study leave.. No leave for language subject and one day leave for main subjects... And my exams were held afternoon which is literally tiring, we need to be in school from 8:55am to 4 pm.. 😢

I mean don't get me wrong but he is right although that's not true for every school since when I was in 10th, my answers were strictly checked in school but there are many schools as well who are the opposite and freely give out marks and make students overconfident and that leads to them not doing as good as expected in the boards. You did really awesome!! But my advice to you would be to just keep your head down for now and prepare the best you can. Half Yearly and Pre-Boards don't really matter just use them as tools to strengthen your prep. Trust me dude class 10th is really chill and easy and you can do great in boards with a bit of effort. This is coming from so senior who is class 11 rn and gave my 10th boards just last year and got 97.4%. So all the best and work hard you will surely get the results bud!!!!

girlie take buy a batch and ul be unstoppable (I WOULD SUGGEST PW OR NEXT TOPPERS) super cheap and effective
But I think now I should not buy one because there will be chapter completion only and I have already almost completed my syllabus so I am not thinking to invest because I am not that kid who can spend endless money even on studies
