- Here is the drums only from my recent video playing along to the live in Baton Rouge version from 2/28/75.
These drums have such an amazing power and tone!
About the kit:
26x14, 14x10 (12 lugs),16x16, 18x16 RCI Starlite Super Duty acrylic shells, with Ludwig classic lugs, mounts, claws and t-rods, repro pointy badges, vintage Ludwig rail mount. Snare is a mid 70's 6.5x14 Ludwig 402 Supraphonic.
RCI has been making high quality acrylic shells for nearly 20 years. RCI Super Duty shells are made in America. They feature a welded (not glued) seam, 45 degree glass cut edges, and are scratch and impact resistant. They are very resonant and feature exceptional projection and tone.

Sounds great George, love the drums only version here, even the stick clicking around the 7:24 mark too! I think this is one of Bonzo's most complex and challenging grooves / tunes to play. It's a beast! ✌❤🥁

Kit sounds superb! So many great dynamics in this song..Love the way Bonzo danced on the bass drum during this track..How do you dig the vistalite kits compared to wood shelled Tom’s,kick and floor Tom? Do the vistalite kits stay in tune well or do they have some major drawbacks? They always looked fantastic and such a cool stage presence
Thanks. I love the acrylic shells, they are so powerful and clear , but very different than wood. They stay in tune well.
I think for the first couple of minutes a lot of drummers think oh yeah I got this one then around the 4:00 minute mark ok maybe not. lol.

Hi George. allow me a newbie question, which has nothing to do with the video. speaking with several drummers, I discovered that cymbals should not be cleaned, because their value could decrease. Can I know your opinion? How do you keep your dishes clean? thank you so much. greetings.....I follow you and respect you a lot....
Are you satisfied with the Zoom cameras?
They're just okay, the image quality is not that great, but it's good enough if there's decent lighting. I've recently upgraded my cameras though, I got the Sony zvf1
