    This is very interesting! Thank you for this video:) I would love to see you Make More from different cuisines, like Indian, Chinese, Japanese and others! Helps out with changing up weekly meals and making healthy choices Even when eating at restuarants😊

      @@buff7069 Fats important for brain health are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats specifically. Excess consumption of saturated and trans fats is linked to elevated cholesterol levels, which can lead to cardiovascular disease! Remember - the danger is in the dose. I rarely advocate for complete elimination, but rather, I encourage my patients to make healthier choices when available :)
