I've walked up to an old body builder when I first started working out and he showed more how to do everything more effectively and different techniques. Alot of the strongman and bodybuilder types are extremely friendly.
This episode exemplifies what's wrong with Bill. He does everything at either 0% or 100%, there's no in between with him. Then he goes overboard, gets burned out and starts something else again. Just like the episode where he pretended to be disabled in a wheelchair.
Tbf he didn’t actually realize he coukd walk in the wheel chair one until he got drunk. if I remember right at least. But then there was that time he got taken advantage of by that music club, and overworked by peggy, and then that zero transfat episode really showed his food fad tendencies.
