Reason for the ward is simply because it's broken. Here are some situations:
A) Ur playing engage supp, u ward the bush so that the supp can't free hit you by rotating to bush to avoid minion agro and you recall to buy sweepers to clear vision so they have to respect your engage
B) You play enchanter and ward it so you see if they cheese early by waiting in bush, you buy sweeper to be able to freely poke enemies and establish lane control that way, if enemy wards that bush then you sweep it and can rotate in and out while they can't.
C) You play mage where the scenario above applies as well
D) Whether you use it to ward lane bush for early dominance or to avoid early cheese, you do have options to place it elsewhere but the key point is to have sweeper as you move to lane, arguably you could ward ur junglers bot camp if they start top side to see if enemy jng will invade
E) As you have sweeper because of the early ward, you now can sweep for your jungler or use sweep to think that you do it for ur jungler or just generally catch some free gold. If your map awareness is good enough you don't really need early wards.

Holy shit, that Olaf Q slow... It not only negates Shurelia and Lulu but slowed more than Kaisa had ms without the buffs.
That's just the nature of percentage effects. 1*(1+0.5)*(1-0.5) = 0.75. The same thing happens with attack speed slows.
@@davidli2642 I understand. But that's just bullshit. Slows and boosts should scale of basic stats so the same percentage slow would work with the same power as the same percentage boost. Several Ms boosts should not be negated by 1 low CD basic ability sheesh.
A random top laner filled as an ADC is still better than most main ADCs.
For sure ADCs are humans.
