The Bible is not a history book or theological treatise but rather a Metanarrative (big story) of God’s unfolding plan of redemption in Jesus Christ which starts in Genesis with the promised “Seed of the Woman” and is completed in The Revelation of St. John chapter 21 with the ushering in of the eternal kingdom which is the Christian hope. One unfolding plan from start to finish with a cast of thousands and many twists and turns of plot but one goal. Find your place in the story and live by hope.
