- Cypress College Political Science Professor Peter Mathews says former US president Donald Trump’s voters are “very loyal” to him.
Former US president Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt at his rally in Pennsylvania over the weekend.
Despite sustaining an injury to his ear from a flying bullet, the former president is still expected to attend the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.
“Former president Trump’s voters are very loyal to him,” Mr Mathews told Sky News Australia.
