Chris you do only have to send the staff members to your club to apply them.
But just to tell you, the shooting, passing, dribbling, etc. staff don't directly help your players' shooting, they just give you higher boosts for attribute cards.

Hey Chris if you read this the staff members only apply for when you give a player an attribute card. For example if you give a player with let's say 70 shooting a plus 15 shooting attribute card, the staff that you have will boost that plus 15 by the total percentage of your shooting staff, so say you have a plus 10% shooting staff and a plus 15% shooting staff, the plus 15 shooting card gets increased by 25%.
Think the maximum you can have is 50% too, i have loads of fitness staff and it never gives me more than 50% boost when applying squad fitness cards

No chris the staff increases the attribute cards value. E.g Gold shooting +15 with staff depending how many you have will go up to up to +25

Chris the staff members boost the attribute cards, the fitness card and the number of contracts you give the player by the percentage it says
The staff only improve consumables. E.g. A plus 10% shooting staff on a plus 10 shooting would make the plus 10 shooting into a plus 11 shooting attribute card. :)

Staff members only increase your players abilities when you add a attribute card on a player e.g. Plus 10 shooting on Ronald let's say he had 50 shooting he would usually go to 60 but because of that plus 10% staff on shooting he would go to 65 haha let's hope Chris sees thanks!

staff apply to player training, contract and fitness cards only, to increase what you get from a card
Members off staff affect the consumable. If its +5% fitness, it means +5% on fitness from squad fitness or normal fitness consumables on a player (instead of +20 fitness it's +21, however staff members stack up until 50% where you can get 30+ fitness) and for shooting it's when you apply the training for shooting (+15 shooting goes to +16 and stacks up after that)
matt don't use 4-2-2-2 that's the worst formation in the game.

Chris , Staff members only give you the % when you use an attribute card on them.. so lets say if you use +15 shooting ,and u have the shooting staff member, then you get +18 etc...

no chris it gives you the amount of the training card e.g. 15 shooting gold card would give your player 15% extra of the card 15% of 15=2 which means if you have one of those staff when you give a player a 17 shooting bonus instead of the 15 original one on the training card

Matt, with the staff you need to apply an attribute card. If you get a total of 50% for each manager (max) then a +10 attribute card for shooting will actually give you +15 instead. Same with managers, fitness coaches and so on. So if you have 50% for all shooting/pace/passing and so on, with the +9 attribute card, you'd get +13.5 or so.
