Bhai bds me bhi anatomy physiology biochemistry pathology pharmacology microbiology general surgery general medicine padhaya jata h. Nd btw dental has 8 types of specialization. You can do MPH aftr bds. Bhai phle bds padh lete fir yeh sb bolte .

Look brother bams drs have less salary and limited job opportunity.... Also abroad bams degree is not considered as dr degree. Expt ( dubai and russia )

Sir according to the central or state finaced health insurance schemes, for example hospitals and nursing homes can charge upto 10k for an appendectomy. On which ms /DNB general surgeon gets 30%, anesthesiologist gets15%, agent gets10% rest if for hospital, so calculating general surgeons are getting rs 4500 for an appendectomy. On the other hand dent sx are charging rs 8500 for an complicated wisdom tooth extraction. And again a surgeon never knows every work of his field. Please answer me sir, and you can't become gynac surgeon by bams you can prescribe medicines and in the case of surgery you can do apisiotomy , only 52 surgeries are permitted in the ms shalyatantra nonincluding the malignancy ones. Pls answer I'm confused.

Every country prefer modern science, Bds has more scope after mbbs after doing bams you can only run a massage center, spa and all that thing in abroad but you can't practice modern medicine, and in India you need a diploma to practice Allopathy get your facts right
But it is still possible to be a pioneer in introducing your speciality as a BAMS doctor in other countries. It's an entrepreneurial opportunity but not made for everyone.

Problem is Ayurveda should never be mixed with modern, people talk big about Ayurveda and then try to study modern medicine and practice modern medicine they qualify them as a quack….
No offence if people choose Ayurveda why the interfere in modern medicine.

I think that Ayurveda is enough to cure patients unless there comes a grave condition where it's mandatory for him to treat patients. That's why a portion of modern medicine is taught in Ayurveda. ❤

@@pradeepdv2890 it's more of Ayurveda and a little portion of Allopathy because there will be 'need' and a grave condition I repeat again where an allopathic Doctor is not available. But they can't practice Allopathy to treat disorders . It should be rare like in some rural areas where the patient needs to get modern drugs immediately. No doubt that Allopathy is the best system of medicine because without it, we can't imagine treating emergencies, acute diseases and surgeries. ❤️

It is wrong information there is not much job opportunities for bams as compared to bds also initial salary of bds is around 40-50k per month while that of bams is 28-40k per month.

A very misleading video .. BDS doesn’t come under AYUSH my friend .. it is an allopathic branch .. AYUSH is ayurveda, yoga and naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy..
dental surgeons prescribe only allopathic medicines and Maxillofacial surgeons after BDS also become oral cancer surgeons ..

@@khushi-lh6bo same doubt mujhe bhi tha but I consult with my professional teacher who completed PhD and also a doctor. He suggest me to take bds from Mahatma Gandhi dental collage , Jaipur. Cuz in bds there is private clinic scope and private jobs is also great and govt also. But in bams there is no good income in private clinic cuz only few people's goes there. Only govt jobs is good. Just on this basis you can't take your future on risk.
