My eyelids and under eyes are darkly pigmented on otherwise fairest/palest complexion like sallow skin that darkens due to stress or lack of sleep. No concealers suit me under eyes ,makes my eyes look even more smaller tried all shades light to dark no use. If I use something on eyelids it looks like wrinkled and cakey. Could I just apply something like a veil directly? I only wish for a clean no eye makeup look like beautiful periodic movies makeup very natural like a wide eyed look. The only thing that looks pretty is a nude pink eye pencil applied a finger lower than the lower lids or ends of upper eyelids to give shape, my lashes are small so mascaras don't make much of a difference. No eye makeup look glowy
