Albedo would be a better choice for the Noelle team than Chiori. It has a longer duration and doesn't require a geo construct. Gorou's E and Q isn't considered as geo object, therefore C0 Chiori's E has only one Tamoto on the field, which is a damage and energy loss. Although you have no problems with the energy and cleared all stages easily.
There are more informative and thorough videos out there on who to pull. I suggest you check them out, but these videos are also good, mostly for playstyle and rotations and teams though
@lostblueboy dw I've been playing for a while I'm just looking at meta characters and I don't really havr any good geo other than Zhongli so I'm just looking at Navia's playstyle and teams and I have all of her supports besides Chiori so I just look at rotations ans whatever I'm AR57
