I love how the nuclear bomb has a playstation 2 like interface for startup... 90's games were so awesome. It's sad we don't have games like this anymore.

    - Player attempts to use access card on transporter
    - Transporter rejects card three times for some reason
    - Player reaches for the card bomb
I love moments like this in playthroughs 🤣

I remember playing the original Journeyman Turbo and saw previews for this game on a disc but never got it! This game is pretty impressive graphically for it's time!

I miss my Turbo Demo I got with my computer.. that's where I saw the trailer for this game...
That music + vocals in the Mars Colony Mine Maze just hits different

You missed my favorite Guide reference. When the apartment’s food synthesizer creates a protein drink at the beginning of the game its voice says, “Share and enjoy.” Sound familiar? 😉

Fun random fact: Your irritated coworker (Michelle Visard) that you're late to relieve is played by Michele Scarabelli who also played Lt. Commander Data's girlfriend (Ensign Jenna D'Sora) in the ST:TNG episode In Theory.

Well, I've looked 20 minutes of the video and there are so many things I liked in the JP turbo that are distorted in this one that I'm afraid to watch any further.
I think i'm gonna beat the original again then play prime. The otherway around might prove too difficult

@@Princess2Warrior Hello Princess2Warrior :) Journey Man Project Turbo is a great game in terms of sound design and storytelling and is more of a sci-fi novel depicted in a video game format whereas Pegasus Prime is more of a full motion video (FMV). Pegasus prime is a remake of Journey Man Project but it takes a lot of liberties and has a lot of content the former had not.
Journey man project is more "serious" whereas Pegasus Prime has a second degree kind of humour attached to it. You just have to look a te first gaming scene where you can look at your character in the mirror to see my point.
If you never played any of the two, then you should give both a try to see what you're more into and think of those two games as two completely different opus in the narrative/feel.
Note that Journey Man Project Turbo is quite rough in its programming and you'd have to cope with a lot of gameplay quirkiness to see it through but it's my favorite because of its enveloping atmosphere. Its simplicity makes it easy to get involved in and it triggers your imagination and a sense of wonder you won't find in Pegasus Prime.
Hope that helps, please tell me what you think when you've made your pick (or played both :) )

I can't believe they didn't include the original soundtrack for Pegasus Prime. A lot of the sound effects just don't hold up either. Like in Turbo when the doors open they have this trickling water effect sound that's so soothing. Pegasus Prime had tons of potential, but really missed the mark. Turbo also has more of an ominous tone and can be very creepy at times. Turbo definitely has a wide range of emotions throughout the game. Emotions like curiosity, relaxing, amazement, and unsettling. Pegasus Prime doesn't really capture this. It seems very flat throughout the game and at times almost seems goofy/cartoony how some of the interfaces are displayed.

Well, Journeyman Project Turbo was a V 2.0 of the original, which was very sluggish. With Turbo, the animation speed was an overall major improvement. My apologies if you already know all of this.

When I walk trough the door at the place were I the first time took the Oxygen mask, I should see an screen where I have to play a sort of mastermind game. But there doesn’t appear a screen. Dimenhydrinate "compound", for what it's worth, so presumably it's some sort of chemical cocktail that only has dimenhydrinate as a base.

The world already has Nuke Silos all over every country and continent. In this future I presume this NORAD is like the FBI when it comes to the Silos. They have ability to change the dark fate of a nuclear war by the push of a button, disabling all silos.

Agreed. There was lots of over explaining. Would have been great to meet in the middle of the 2 games. Some updates to turbo like visuals and the need to backtrack through the world's would have made it epic
