  • Plenty of things that I learned after watching the lap, but a fun lap with only 1 yellow section.
Can't wait till next time now that I know the car better and how far I can go. Also more investigating on the tyre squeeking...
This is the 3rd lap I did in the current setup so lots to improve :)
    Enjoy!

Tyre pressures might be a cause for the squeal. They really like to be low (around 24psi cold) to allow the heat increase on the track

Last week I went again with less camber (1.5 instead of 2.5) and it was better combined with the decrease in presure of 1.8 which turned up to a hot 2.1 bar which was perfect the four laps after that. I'll go to 2 degrees of camber in the front due to the tyre degrade pattern and then stick to a 1.7 1.8 bar cold pressure. Thanks for the tip!

@marcelzenmedia less camber equals to more understeer / less responsive front end?

Was this a standard 172 or a cup chassis. What upgrades if any have you done? Can’t find a cup for sale so am contemplating a standard 172/182

Hello! What was the suspension setup ?

Bilstein B14 with fresh rubbers and mounts all round and in the rear a ARB from Whiteline. I'm going to switch the front springs out for BC Racing 9K springs though for less body roll in to the corner.
