    The Indian influence is strong on the modes and scales used. Ethnic khmer people alsp use this scale.

      This music scale is not Indian. It's native to Southeast Asia and probably only can be found in Southeast Asia. It can be found in Bali, Mon, Burmese, Cambodia Northeastern indigenous music...
