Okay you like to make stuff out of leather You remember the old western movies with the wide gun belt with the line of shells that were in loops I would like to have a cross draw holster for a 1911 with two mag pouches with spare cartridges of 16 - 45 ACP that would give me a total of four magazine

This is a good knife! I've had one for many years and it's never skipped a beat. I also have one of their old 18 inch jungle machetes, but replaced the plastic handle scales with some Turkish Walnut handle scales.
The sheath you've made is orders of magnitude better than the one it comes with. 👍

Hi Staff, would have loved to see this adapted to fit on to the strap of a bug out/day bag. Always found access to a blade on my Osprey mk2/ webbing or bergen. Easy reach as to speak.
Not ideal while prone, neither were the plate carriers.
I always loved finding new ways to simplify kit being a Staff you'll know just as well we were always trained that the lay out is tried and tested so fit it all and lay it all out the same as the man next to us sadly even as a nco I'd get pulled now and then for personal modifications
