There are old footage from when William and Harry where young with Charles hugging and kissing the boys, for example. It's always been there, but it's all been about how much you payed attention. Back then, with no social media, if anyone wasn't interested to follow them, I am surly they missed it in the very short segments that was on the news perhaps for sa few seconds. But for us who love keeping up with them, this is not new.
I love the Royal family. And I love seeing them happy together. Especially since they got so much grief from out west. (CA). It was a beautiful coronation I loved Princess catherine's and Princess charlotte's crowns...❤ ❤ 🇺🇲

Yep, PW has that deep, calm, soothing masculine voice. I remember that famous Welsh actor Richard Burton has a very beautiful deep voice too & he used it for a good creative purpose of his " vocal gifting" by doing Shakespeare readings, poems & other Broadway dramas & shows etc.

I really respect King Charles for being less formal in different moments, especially when he hugs his grandchildren and shows affection in public. He has made some noticeable changes for the better in that respect.
our late Queen grew up with more formality, and theres a famous clip of her arriving back from her tour of the commonwealth and she was quite formal because it was normal in the fifties but by the 80s we were so different and the then Prince of Wales hugged his children in public there is a famous clip of film that shows Diana boarding HMS Britannia after a tour and hugging the children, but a few seconds later Charles boarded the yacht and hugged the children just as tightly
Ahhh, what a wonderful family. I am from Arizona, in a small rural town in the USA, and I love watching this family. They support charities, people groups, traditions and show what a family should be like. I know Harry is a renegade, but all families have one or more of them.

And you know this because he told you?? Sorry, but when children oppose their parents as adults, I always suspect the parent first. Kids usually (not always) have SOME legitimate reason for having issues with their parents as adults. You have no idea what their relationship is like to know whether Harry will regret not being present. If anything, he may regret that his father made it difficult for him to be present. I have a father that I wasn't close to, and whom I stopped talking to in the years leading up to his death. I don't regret not making memories with him. I regret that he wasn't the type of man that I wanted to make memories with. I always wanted a close relationship with my father, but not at the expense of my own mental health.
You also don't even know what William's relationship is like with his father beyond these public displays. William will of course behave much differently than his brother. William is a future king, while his brother is not. He has to think about the future of the monarchy, and doesn't have the luxury of being able to act without impacting the monarchy. There would be much more upset and controversy if he were to publicly oppose his father, as he is his father's heir. He must keep up the idea of harmony and continuity. I am not claiming that he has conflict or issues with his father. I am saying that if he does, you will never know it.
