I dropped first 10 lbs like it was nothing. 20 lbs down and it is a battle. 😩 I take a one week mental break every 2 months I’m ready to get to my goal weight this year. And I know I can do it but discipline isn’t my middle name.
Your the only person I watch that is lifestyle based as of right now . I use to watch a lot of different family ones ( because of have children , and a husband ) BUT I find a lot of them now unrealistic. They got so big and the things they do no longer align with my lifestyle or similar interest . I still watch Tara Henderson but that’s it really . I live a quiet , childless life through you lol 😂😂 find it very comforting.
