I’ve thought abt it, monsters is quite a tough card type to tackle due to some monsters not being meant to be attacked, and others having strange passive effects… I’ll go for it one day. But for now I have bigger plans…

I use controller in everything and due to my recent performance on sniper tf2(consistent top scoring) I might make a tf2 how to snipe video

I think hourglass actually should keep its spot. Yeah they can deactivate their item to counter it, but either way it forces them to either use it or lose it, and that’s also ignoring that a lot of items don’t really have use being activated in some situations, which is when you want to use it, like items that affect dice. I think B tier was fair.

I think telepathy for dummies is better than you give it credit for, since not only is it a re-roll but you have the knowledge of what it will be it gives you a big power of being able to confidently doing something, though it is still random

Trinity shield is S tier. In the late game, you can make as many enemies as you want and they can’t interfere with you as you take the last soul and win the game.
Small counterpoint with starter deck: when its ability is active it's like a weaker version of goat head, allowing you to cycle the loot deck for a better hand while also guaranteeing you have a full hand of ten for more options. Still not super great but I can at least see SOME utility in that.
22:50 on paper i really don't understand why this isn't just a trinket. Like you're waiting three or four turns to just break even unless you're LOADED on active items. I just wonder what broke this in testing (or on paper perhaps) to warrant it being a treasure card and not a loot.
23:25 I don't think this item is a favourite, personally. in fact, it is quite the opposite.
For me, spider mod is an item that represents that era of Isaac Rebirth's DLCs where Edmund was just OBSESSED with coming up with cool ideas and then tossing them into the item pool with zero consideration for "how would it feel if you found this item in your first treasure room / devil deal / ANGEL ROOM?" and they don't fucking DO anything on their own!
for examples see lost fly, continuum, papa fly, tear detonator, GB Bug, Marked, black powder, obsessed fan, athame, D7, D12, ventricle razor, my shadow, key bum, the newly nerfed dark bum, the wiz, farting baby, bumbo, spear of destiny, you could argue car battery and charged baby too if you don't have an active item and box of friends with no familiars. you could argue that i am being too exhaustive in my listing of these and have just named every bad item they added but that was like 20% of the expansion! There were already bad items in rebirth and it is genuinely baffling to me that we had to pay money to make bad runs this much worse.
It's at it's worst with spider mod as well because wow thanks asshole now I can SEE that I'm in mausoleum 1 still doing 3.5 damage, I wish I'd gotten an item that fucking DID something about that!

No it doesn’t, it would by definition be a better item if it said A monster or player, then you could choose to kill something with one HP or to finish of the the thing you are attacking.
