Just in case anyone is curious, the goggles aren't to protect their eyeballs from freezing but to protect them from going blind. As mentioned in the video, the sun is always out in Antarctica and the reflective shine off the snow is sometimes bright enough to cause blindness.

a fair point to make is that they went there in the spring/summer time in antartica (they probably went in end of november/start of december) which is about may/june for us so they are probably there around hottest time of the year, and that is why they can have exposed skin and not be as vigilant about the face. Keep in mind, it is probably around between 0 and -20 degrees, which plenty of people live in.
The weather when they were there was - 34°C and lower
I'm pretty sure they only showed face for the camera shots

I like how not a single person in chat got a drop of 20f correctly in C.
for clarification, a 20 degree drop in f is equal to roughly an 11 degree drop in c. -20f does equal -6c, but that's because the formula has an offset f = 1.8c + 32, however the offset is ignored when you're "dropping" from one temperature to another, so really you're just doing 20/1.8
They have a bunch of behind the scenes footage and they talk about it on podcasts and stuff. They had to be in Antarctica for way longer than 50 hours for training etc that they did at an already established organization place. They were with guides the whole time they were out in the wilderness of Antarctica as well. The hole is legit, Karl, Sapnap, George, and Chandler were digging it for fun.

Probably a shot they took from when the plane dropped them off and just put it at the end as if they were on it. You can't tell if they're on it or not anyways and the scenery is pretty much the same so nobody would be able to tell the difference.

This means Celsius is 1.8 times larger than Fahrenheit. To put another way, 1 degree Fahrenheit is 5/9 degree Celsius. Despite the pretty large differences between one another, these two temperature scales intersect at -40 degrees, meaning that -40 degrees Fahrenheit is the same as -40 degrees Celsius.
First of all Antartica is the coldest place on earth, even colder than Mount Everest. It ranges from 0°C to literally - 40°C. - 30°F is actually - 34°C (If you apply the formula, (- 30 - 32) x 5/9).
Second of all. In some places in Antartica, you are able to pour liquid and it freeze to ice before it hits the ground... Crazy but true. Please chat get your facts straight...
