A lot of people don't know this, or choose to ignore the fact that fruit should always be eaten BEFORE a meal not after like almost everyone does, because fruit gets digested a lot quicker than most other foods which are dense and if it is eaten after a meal, the fruit just sits in the stomach and ferments, while if it is eaten before anything else it gets digested quicker.
