- WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... I openly admit to being a fanboy for Edge long before I became a pro wrestler myself, probably had something to do with the pint of Guinness he bought waaay back when I was bouncing in a Dublin bar. And there's nothing wrong with that, Mr Adam Copeland won every WWE title there was to win during his career and puts to shame all those calling themselves Grand Slam Champion for Edge is the only WWE Superstar to hold a Full House! Until I catch him, that is. Just an Intercontinental Title away...
I headed up into the hills to workout with Edge at his home and what a unique workout it was, even by this channel's standards! The Rated-R Superstar had me carting him around in a wheelbarrow, planking six ways from Sunday, and slamming the hell out of a poor tractor tire with a sweaty sandbag... and all this from a guy who has the bones in his neck AND wrist fused... If I was a big fanboy of this guy before the workout I came away a total bloody superfan of Edge after. He's just a man that will not quit no matter what crap life throws his way, he is the ultimate embodiment of... Brave Change.

@@shortguycarreview your opinion doesn't mean dick when doctors told him he needs to retire and it was so bad if he got into a fender bender on the way back from the diagnosis he'd have beeb crippled. he literally needed ANOTHER neck surgery to have a chance at returning. you arent a medical expert, dont pretend to be one.
He was telling Booker that when Sheamus was there and they were on the bikes he took a spill. And that prompted him, along with the fact he did his own stunts while filming, that’s when he went to see the WWE docs to see if they’d clear him to wrestle. So... thank you Sheamus lol

I met Edge a few years ago and he was honestly the nicest guy!! We were wearing the same shirt (him spearing the Beatles down Abbey road) and while I was looking at my phone waiting to meet him, I just hear “hey nice shirt”. I looked up and it’s Edge walking past me! Never lost my shit faster!! Was such a cool moment!

Super impressive! Dude had a serious neck injury and is retired from competition. He does not have to work this hard still but he does. This should be a lesson to everyone. Healthy life and living should be the incentive. Great video!
He still acts though, which means that he likely has to *look* even better than he did while he was wrestling. A bit like the Rock when he retired from wrestling full-time.

Had the pleasure of meeting him at a signing, was happy to spend an extended period chatting to fans and have photos. He is a legend in every shape of it.

Makes sense. Being retired, they get to rest and recover more. Also, two of them at least, Edge and HBK, have happy home lives, and having a happy family life does wonders for you physically and psychologically.
And they don t travel anymore and taking bumps.

This is the episode that I never knew I needed in my life! I’ve been a huge Edge fan for years. I listen to the E & C podcast every week. I’m watching this the day after seeing him spear Elias at SummerSlam. I never, ever thought I’d see that again. What a moment!

A true inspiration is the one Mr Copeland. But Shamus you don't shy away from anything either, you've challenged yourself with these Warrior Workout's and putting yourself into new situations and being in unfamiliar with places while you do it isn't easy.
In the words of Bret "The Hitman" Hart himself: Edge is the best there ever was, the best there is and the best there ever will be! Such a legendary thing to do.
Edge is my favorite wrestler of all time, the way he carried himself in the ring, the way he spoke in his promos and the amazing skill he displayed in every single match he ever wrestled, his looks, his hairstyle and that Metalingus theme song. I've tried to emulate some of that persona in my own life.
I've always wanted to see how Edge works out... and now thanks to you Shaemus I finally get to see it!! For that thank you! Hope to see you return to a WWE ring very soon big Fella!

I’ve never really been into Edge/Copeland as a wrestler - but I’ve always closely followed him and his fitness information
WWE was never my thing but regardless, that has created a way for him to reach out to his fans of the WWE and people like me who have always looked up to his discipline and inspiration
I was so excited to see he was on Vikings - and to find him here and see that he’s in the best shape he’s ever been in - it’s awesome - and not to mention with platforms like RUclips and the like, we have access to information so much better than we did back in the mid 2000’s - so for me it’s just plain awesome to see he’s still at it and doing well for himself and sharing his info and fitness knowledge with us - I have nothing but respect for him and it’s even more awesome knowing that he’s all natural - I don’t look up to too many people in the celebrity world but he has always been one I’ve made an exception for

I'm paralyzed fro,m the waist down {L1} disc I have bullet fragments in my back and a disfigured tailbone. I was a powerlifter so I still have a lot of upper body strength, any way this video spoke to me. I need to stop using work as a excuse from going to the gym and become more consistent 4 days a week 1 hour workouts is not asking too much.
