So lucky to have been able to stay here! One of the most unique experiences - swimming in a their pool while a Tapir just casually wonders by. This experience singlehandedly reaffirmed my love of animals & inspired me to go into veterinary medicine. If you can, definitely go!
Love this video! Would anyone be able to tell me if you can hear frogs at night at Lapa Rios? I LOVE hearing frogs at night and I want to be sure I'll hear them. We are thinking of traveling there in March. Thanks!

Yes for sure! Especially in the rooms closer to the swimming pool you will hear a selection of tree frogs croaking in the early evening hours and more so if it rains!
