This was always going to be an interesting build for me. As much as i have adapted to today's modern world and technologies, sometimes it can lose a sense of quality and purpose. This property pleasantly surprised me because you haven't sacrificed charm and homeliness to make this feel modern. Your colour tones again really help to keep this grounded, and your attention to space and detail continued to be breathtaking. Really enjoyed watching the progression of the build too, as i always do. (And i am starting to pick up little tips which i might not have worked out for myself.)
I really enjoyed the build on this one but I wasn't happy with the design. As another commentor mentioned it was a bit monochromatic and while I was going for very simple with color tones and decor, I wish I had added a bit of color somewhere. Overall, I love the build but wish I had added more color.
I'm barley starting playing house flipper and i didn't know that we can build our own house .?? I been buying houses and just fixing them how i like but i didn't know we can build our own house 😮 what i'm missing here.??? I know we can do that on house flipper 2 but not in this one .? Please how can i do that.? By the way beautiful house.!!
Thank you! You can build your own house after completing some of the tasks in the Farm DLC. Once you see an open lot for sale then you can start building your own houses. But the ability to do it is from the Farm DLC.

You can access the workshop if you purchased the game through Steam. There are a lot of custom items created by the community that you can use through the Steam workshop.
I don't believe it is possible to download builds into another game. I know you can do it in games like Planet Zoo but I never seen it done with House Flipper. Maybe House Flipper 2?
Thank you. I do struggle with modern color schemes and modern interior design as a whole. I think I actually used the same color scheme in my last modern home. I need to try to add color for sure to these modern designs in the future. ❤

Modular frames are part of the Farm DLC. You can find them under doors as one of the sub categories if you have the Farm DLC.
