It's about an exciting night spent in the ancient land of Israel which former (biblical) name was Canaan.
Canaan was a state along the coastal plain, including what is now the Gaza Strip -- a flat landscape, not the hills and crags shown in the video! I suppose it doesn't matter, seeing that the whole 'Land of Israel' is a construct of the 19th century literary imagination.
