    HI SIFU I BEEN HEARING FOR YEARS ABOUT WING CHUN FOOTWORK BUT I NEVER SEEN IT DEMONSTRATED IN ANY DETAIL.IF YOU WOULD COULD YOU MAKE A SERIES ON IT, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HOW IT COMPARES TO WESTERN BOXING FOOTWORK. THANK YOU.

    The elbow block is risky ...the other two really good

      I personally feel it is stronger than the first one. Especially if combined with the third kick.

    Problem is if they're non confrontational initially and catch you unexpectedly.
    Though you could just assume everyone around you is a threat!

      @@UltimateMartialArtsAcademy I get you on that. I just dropped a video yesterday about when I got sucker punched. Granted I took Karate about 40 years ago and I'm not as fast as I was when I was 17. I was quick enough to block his second and third punch but the first one sent me to the emergency room with 2 orbital fractures.

      @@UltimateMartialArtsAcademy I'm fine, thankfully a full recovery... If I could have done things differently... I learned about the 21' rule, I wouldn't have let the guy near me.
      I was also distracted by a phone call... But if I did expect an attack, your technique would have worked and with little practice, I think anyone could do it so I appreciate the value you bring to the conversation!
