I'm glad that Honda is offering something like this. I really wanted to see a UTV with a gear box and 6 seats. There are a few limitations due to the nature of the form factor and the preferred build style of Honda, but I can accept those if this is closer to what I want. It also helped when I realized that Honda builds off road machines, not wannabe cars like Polaris. The quality will be more rugged and less refined, but the machine will get everything done that you could reasonably ask of it.
Now they need a version that will compete with the Polaris Ranger Northstar - at least with heat and a hard cab, and glass windshield with a wiper. I plow snow most every weekend and want a warm environment and a clear windshield.
I'm in the market for buying 3 of these, but just for once I want to see these with 4-6 people with a load on the bed Off road, up hills, down hills , in mud and sand .
I look at these other models with a crew cab and I still wouldnt trade the kawi mule fxt due to the shorter wheelbase and ability to slide the rear cab in and out for more bed space. Thats a feature that you just can't beat. Kawi still takes the win IMO.
Honda we love your reliability but your lack of virtually everything else has an enormous % of buyers looking elsewhere…for the love of God update the damn RINCON!!!!!
They are probably more than 4 years behind. I have no idea what their strategy is other than appealing to ranchers/farmers who keep units for years. I always laugh when I see them release the Rincon atv each year. Thing hasn’t changed in like 15 years! I feel like it is a joke but its not, unfortunately. Pretty sad what has happened to Honda. They use to innovate and be reliable. Now they just have the reliability.

I love my current 1000-5 but as my kids grow I was hoping this machine would someday be built and happy to see it but am disappointed In the final product. With the hard cab options featuring heat- a/c, better storage and technology etc from Polaris and can am this Honda leaves a lot to be desired…
HONDA PLEASE make a big bore rubicon or something. I love my Forman 500 but we need more power baby. I’ve had a renegade and highlighter 1000 and they are trash. If y’all do it the whole industry will be shook. Cmon now get it together
The Honda dealer near me can’t even get a lawn more in stock getting a side side they said 2 years out if Honda can’t get them out to the dealership this thing doesn’t matter manufacturer should be working on getting products out to dealers
Finally!! I love it. Too bad I just got my can am defender max cause I love it too. An why the Japanese manufactures have not gone to the pro-fit/pro filed style cage like Polaris an can am is beyond me. It’s 10-1 better for accessory integration

Honda so far behind the times. Reliability is good but when there is no comfort or technology offerings like Polaris or Yamaha, it becomes tough to buy. Used to be a diehard Honda guy but went to dark side with Polaris. Honda has nothing close in comfort, features or performance. Company is stuck in the past.
I bought a 2021 honda talon r live valve in hopes to ride with my buddies. We got a couple rides in. Their brand new rides. Xp1k high lifter and hd10 deluxe with full hard cab and heater. Both broke. Before I reach 300 miles. High lifter cracked its block. 6650 dollar engine replacement (just the engine). The can am hd10 needed a front diff and cv axles that were on back order all summer. Meanwhile I was the one doing all the tough stuff. Deep mud, breaking trails. Etc. While on stock gearing on 32" cryptids. No problems. I pit a front glass and rear glass window. Doors are the nice vinyls from honda. 2 10" subwoofers and an mtx audio soundbar. 2650+ watts. Had to put a second battery in. Thing is amazing.
Just get them on the floor without the year wait. Best SXS out there but good luck getting one this year. Step it up honda cause my friends are buying what they can put hands on. Your losing money every day.
