The Centurion was my most played tank in my noob days (47% winrate). But now that I understand the game better, I'm rediscovering it and it's super fun to play.
@E I have the same damage but 61% wins over last 40 battles / 90 days. Play it on hills to increase turret armour, and pick your fights carefully because its hull armour is trash. It's a bit underpowered, but I love the accurate, fast-firing gun.
@E same goes for my tiger 2 and e75 lol I have worse stats in my e75 so I sold it to not mess up the stats even more (tiger 2 has 1600 avg with 56% and e75 has 42% with 1100 avg so yeah :| )
Lets be honest, the autoloading gun isnt really a weakness, even if it is it pales in comparison to the advantages it brings in addition to the superior statistics in terms of armor. Yeah maybe the long reload times is more apparent in this game where all players are very good players, but in a public match very rarely are average players going to notice that reload and coordinate a push. If that wasn't convincing enough, in a defender you pull out, take a shot, and dump 4 shots in return, whereas any tank with a standard gun needs to constantly pull out and need alot of time on target to deal the damage. There is a reason why, at least in public matches, its always the high damage TDs and autoloaders that usually have the highest damage numbers (excluding very good players).
@@enixed6476 Agree but it depends, RAAC is essentially Mk.1 without autoloader but with higher dpm and somewhat good upper frontal plate, on a flat terrain 1v1 , RAAC or even the Cent 1 will kill the mk.1 in just 45 seconds, however realistically speaking if you support mk.1 with a conventional mt or td its dominating capacity increase twofolds edit: 37.5 seconds to be precise

Currently, of all the 3 (relevant) Defenders, IS-3 Defender is doing the worst. Bad reload, bad interclip reload, bad frontal armor, bad gun depression, bad gun dispersion, and is ugliest of them all

Got 1300 avg dmg in it with a 59% wr I think it's a good tank when used properly
