I made a simple birthday meal for my mother featuring sirloin steak using beef from the market in my hometown. It was my first time cooking for her and I didn't expect her to like it so much. I'll have to do this more often. I made a medium sirloin steak, sweet shrimp sashimi, and abalone porridge made with abalone intestines.
