I am an amateur guitar player and when this came out I sat down and mapped out the tab in my head. Glad to know that someone who is clearly much better than I am mapped the tab the exact same way
I just got an electric guitar today and wanna try to learn this song so bad!! So I found ur cover and u play SO good! But what is the move u did at 0:28 called (the one where you slide your hand down)?
Hey, thanks a lot! And congrats on your electric, hope you enjoy the journey! The technique you mention is just called "slide" and you can do it in a number of ways, short slides, long slides, just on one string, more than one string. The technique consists of basically playing a note and then sliding the finger without lifting it up so you get to another note. For example for sliding from the 5th to 7th fret you're gonna pick on the 5th fret and then slide up to the 7th without picking again. In this case, this slide is used as an effect more than anything else, so it doesn't really matter that much where you start your slide as long as you're sliding down from high on the fretboard on the lower strings. Hope this helps!
@@ezenovas7169 oh gotcha thanks for the info! You got any tips for beginners? I tried playing a few chords but it sounds so different from how it's supposed to sound :/
