Have all info & e-mails & messages & bank info they told.me to deposit it into... Help!! Reported to AGO, and FTC and IC3 twice. Nothing... ??? Where can I get help? Can’t sleep!!

I would like to know if the people sending emails constantly "inviting" me, you, anyone to participate in gaining millions of dollars due to the death of someone, and apparently, according to the email sender, I, or someone else, has the characteristics to be able to claim the huge amounts of dollars in exchange of "nothing". They invite me, you, whoever, openly, to participate in something illegal, Isn´t it a crime? I am tired of the constant reception of this type of emails! Please, any tip to avoid them? Thx

I know of a Federal Employee who hacks her neighbors in Harford County, Maryland.. she thinks she is 'entitled' ... a few things happened that is related to her acts, she constantly hacks all our devices, and has cost us thousands and thousands keeping me off my workplace online and trying to cause homelessness to me and my adult child.
