This is my new Traveler's Notebook Setup.. and it's for the lazy lol. Cause it literally only has one insert at the moment and a consistent aesthetic. I guess this is also my techo kaigi.

Majority reason for migraine headaches is lack of water intake. Of course talk to your doctor. But in the process just drink more water and if you seem to eat more sweet things cut back. Just sending a tidbit.
Thank you! I'm also trying to cut back on salt and trying to sleep more. I think on my end too, it's hereditary 😅 my mom's side has is 🥲
Yes @peggystark8831 agreed and sometimes it can be hormonal…I’ve recently realized I need to drink way more water before my cycle to prevent high blood pressure mid-cycle…I feel like a fish. I also take blood builder starting a week pre-cycle and during (about 2 weeks total) as I was feeling week and dizzy.
I hope you find out the cause of your migraines…being 46 now I’m not so sure “hereditary” is a thing…

I believe Beanynne is pronounced Be-a-nyn-ne. That’s how i would pronounce it. It’s most likely two female names put together (Bea and Nynne). 😊

Can I ask something? You said that you don’t use glue stick anymore because it damages the paper on the other side? Could please tell me more about what changes the page and why it doesn’t work for you? ( I use only glue stick on my journals, but I don’t own a travelers notebook so I am very curious)
In my experience, the glue stick made some paper "wrinkly". I guess that also happens when there is too much applied on the paper. So far the tape runner is working better for me since it doesn't make the paper wrinkly at the back.
