Would the combatant be a good deer skinning knife? If so when will they be available for me to buy 1?
I can't answer the first part of the question as I don't have one, though I assume it would work but I would personally go with a Taylor's Ridge or the Warthog.
As far as release dates of the combatant, preorder should open around March of next year and the Warthog and Taylors Ridge if they interest you are in April!

Keep the stories coming! Everything adds context. Might be a good idea to use Nightstalker as size reference for other blades . We all know and love the nightstalker. I was expecting the collaboration with Jared to be interesting, I watch his program, and yours. seems like you are collaborating decently, lol. not like you both think you’re right, most of the time. It is a beautiful knife, but it does need finger protection.

The Night stalker and Night Hawk are my permissive environment carry knives. In Missouri IF you have a CCW Permit you can carry a fixed blade concealed. BUT only where firearms carry is restricted. Now a “common” pocket knife with a blade less than 4 inches can be carried EVERYWHERE as the State of Missouri does not classify it as a weapon. Ref RsMo 571.010?

What would be the best clip to use and to wear with a belt and not a belt and able use horizontal and vertical carry
I like the DCC monoblock for horizontal no belt. With a belt the DCC mod4 does several carry styles. (Vertical, iwb, pocket, boot etc/ ).
