Angelica Plummer well chest voice is a lot more loud sounding and heavier sound while head voice is a lighter airier sound.. although singing is controlled in the throat, the majority of singing comes from breath pressure (technique) and body control... as a singer you shouldn't be focusing that much on the throat when singing

I can listen to this song over and over, and OVER again, and still feel so mesmerized by the way he sings it. I love the raspiness of his voice and how he moves up and down that scale so easily, and so beautifully. (Chicken skin and tears from this wahine!)
