With all due respect why do the teachers charge SO MUCH. ? And from my experience the teacher blamed me only that I do not concentrate He wasn’t even compassionate to listen to my reason that why I am learning to meditate. Any one can teach how to meditate It’s only the practice. So why charge.
its dishonest...but all of us are a bit dishonest, we eat food which we know we shouldnt, etc...so permit them that ignorance and dishonesty of trying to profit from a free and cosmic teaching
I don't know where you are but if you are in the USA there is a fee based on income now. Its quite affordable. if you really cannot even afford that then ask if there is any DLF foundation grant available to you esp if you are first responder or Veteran.

個人の妄想ですが「GURUDEV POOJA 」についてコメントさせていただきます。もちろんとても良い動画でした。
この動画は、あふれるようなやさしさがありました。一方で、肉体側に対して強い作用を感じ取りました。

00:30 脊髄が徐々に振動を始める
01:00 足元は冷く、頭頂に熱圧（エネルギー上昇）
01:30 身体は止まっているが、意識が揺れ始める
02:00 第一から第三が鼓動を始める
04:00 第四アナハタ裏側の背中が鼓動
04:30 第五ビシュダが鼓動
05:00 イダピンガラが開き、脳脊髄全体が鼓動する
06:30 身体の全身が振動する
終了後 脳脊髄全体の鼓動が続く
まとめ：脳脊髄を振動（活性化）させる動画です。肉体側の活性化に特に優れた作用がありました。この動画で瞑想する場合は、ごくごく自然体で臨むと良いかと思われます。個人的には、動画終了も３０分以上脳脊髄の鼓動で興奮し、瞑想と相反するものでした。というか、これがTM瞑想なのだと理解しました。
