@@kingblucoool Aight, your gonna need two things on your pc. Audacity and Windows Movie Maker 10. You take the link to the youtube video, and throw it into a youtube to mp3 converter and download the mp3 file. Open this file in audacity. If you wanna do it the same way I would mine, ctrl a to select the entire track and go to effects. First do pitch, and put the percent change to 10% or multiplier to 1.100, they both do the same thing. After that, do the same for speed. When you've done that, export that as an mp3. When you have this mp3, open windows movie maker and select create new project. First toy select add clip to insert a video or picture, and then edit soundtrack and insert the mp3 you just made. Then, drag the bar with the green dot to the end of your mp3 file, and put how long it lasts in seconds in the value beneath the preview. After that, just save the video and it's ready for uploading. I never change anything like the bit rate when saving it, but you can if you want to.
