Steps of the Therapeutic Reconsolidation Process (Memory Reconsolidation in Psychotherapy) as outlined by Ecker Et al. in "Unlocking the Emotional Brain":
Ecker, Ticic, and Hulley label the TRP sequence A-B-C-1-2-3-V.
They refer to steps A-B-C as the “Accessing Sequence”.
This is required in order to carry out steps 1-2-3 of the “Erasure Sequence”.
Each of the following steps will be explained in greater detail later in this document:
Accessing Sequence:
A: Identification of a symptom
B: Retrieval of a symptom-requiring schema
C: Identification of disconfirming knowledge
Erasure Sequence:
1: Reactivation of symptom-requiring schema
2: Activation of disconfirming knowledge
3: Repetitions of pairing the symptom-requiring schema with the disconfirming knowledge
Verification Step:
V: Experiential verification of symptom nullification

He has a private therapeutic practice in Barcelona and specializes in constructivist psychotherapies, his main approach being Coherence Therapy. He is a certified trainer and research associate of the Coherence Psychology Institute, on behalf of which he conducts workshops in Europe (mostly in Poland, where he introduced Coherence Therapy in 2013) and online. He is also trained in Personal Construct Psychotherapy, Brief Strategic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and AEDP, all of which he integrates with Coherence Therapy in his work. He is also a consultant for the Polish Psychedelic Society and works as a psychedelic integration specialist in the Hermanosis Association in Spain.

While Dr. Jasiński does not support any use of illegal substances, he understands people’s interest and desire to help themselves using psychedelics. Therefore, he offers safe, non-judgmental, empathetic support in understanding and integrating these experiences, as well as in attending to their possible adverse effects.
Constructivist psychotherapy offers an ideal framework for psychedelic integration as it is focused on the (re)construction of the subjective meaning of our experiences. Additionally, his main therapeutic approach - Coherence Therapy - consists of stages of discovery, integration and transformation, this way providing a perfect roadmap for understanding the psychedelic experience and making the best out of it in our way towards transformation.
In order to combine his therapeutic experience with his interest in psychedelic science I received training in psychedelic integration at the Hermanosis Association, Europe’s leading organization working with traditional Amazonian plant medicine. This way he became a psychedelic integration therapist at Hermanosis which has been a wonderful and deeply fulfilling experience for him.
