Recent complaints indicate that Uber appears to be deactivating accounts without properly explaining or providing evidence of the driver's guilt. This is alarming as it could have a significant impact on drivers' source of income.
Regarding medical benefits, Uber must pay them in accordance with the law. If for some reason this does not occur, it may be a matter for consideration by the relevant regulators or judicial authorities.
The rating system also raises questions. It often does not reflect the real situation, since many factors that can affect a driver's rating are beyond his control. In my opinion, Uber should revise its rating system so that it is fairer and reflects the actual quality of service provided by drivers.
I hope that Uber will take all these comments into account and take appropriate steps to improve its services and relationship with drivers.

Hi Uber. yesterday, I took an uber from Spring Hill Suites Revere, in Boston, to Boston Logan (the airport). My initial ride was $14.97, only reason why I chose that ride. Upon checking my emails, I realize I have been charged over $63! I reached out to your Uber Support team, and they told me they would refund the money. I reached out today, and told me they would refund my money, and that the issue was because of the drive, and their choice to take a longer route. That $43 might seem small, but that dipped into my rent money and not that $43 has costs me $350 in fees! It is completely unfair that I am being penalized for an action from one of your employees. I would like to speak with someone in regards to this, and also be compensated, for a mistake that starts and begins with Uber.
