  • Stressed? Overwhelmed? Not enough hours in the day?
Working harder is NOT the answer! That's the road to burnout city - been there, done that.
Also STOP worrying about traditional time management theories - planning, organization, etc. Sure most people could be more efficient, focused and self-disciplined - including me. And who doesn't like a good "productivity hack"? But those approaches will only help you run faster in the same hamster wheel.
No, I'm talking about getting a MASSIVE increase in productivity - while working fewer hours.
What's the secret? You need to leverage OPT - Other People's Time. If you're a recruitment business owner, especially a solo operator like me, then you need to focus your time on strategic and/or revenue-generating activities, while delegating anything that doesn't require your direct involvement.
That's why I recommend that every recruitment business owner should hire a Virtual Assistant. Imagine how much more you could accomplish if you can a virtual team!
I've been outsourcing and working with VA's for about 15 years. Made lots of mistakes along the way. Figured out how to make it work. It's an incredible feeling to free up so much time, and my business has gone to another level. If you want to chat about this, send me a Direct Message.
