- Boone, North Carolina has diverse and extraordinary waters. It has a wide variety of trout fishing, from fishing small streams to fishing larger rivers as you see in the video. Trout fishing Boone, NC is truly one of my favorite places to fish. Fishing with my dad has become rare since I left for college. The times we do get to fish, we don't take for granted. I have always said, "Dude, I wish I got that on video!" After investing in a GoPro Hero 8 I now have the opportunity to do so. Trout fishing is just one of the ways I am showing this.
