I wish that more people would actually practice what this teacher says in the video, because its the same in Sufism. This search for happiness is probably the #1 reason for suffering in the west.
Postponing happiness and love to the future when I have what I want never worked. Expressing gratitude for what I have now makes me happy and loved now. As a man thinketh in his heart so is he. Bhudda and Jesus christ are still right.
You could say the same thing about sadness…. 🤔When you’re not thinking of sadness you are sadness. And when you are thinking of happiness, you are happiness.!
That's difficult if in my mind isn't no one who ask....😅 There is emptiness, silence, big nothing...and if I look on people or animals or space or things, so I see me like god presented in everything. No thinking about it, perceiving it.❤🙏🏻 But I love to listen people and their wisdom and experiences.❤ It's beautiful that all ways lead us to same thing.
Great video! I loved the music at the end. Any recommendations on how to search for similar music? I only speak English and as I know nothing about "classical Chinese music", I don't know what or who to search for. If I wanted "classical German music", I would search for Bach or Beethoven. I tried a simple search, but it was too broad and I wish to refine my search parameters. It is a totally new genre for me, so if there is a first step you can recommend (anyone), that would be great. I enjoy both the peaceful and the energetic. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
Perhaps check out Oliver Shanti & friends. It's not traditional chinese music, but it captures the vibe pretty well. Also, if you wish to listen to traditional chinese music, just watch one video and the youtube algorithm does the rest for you by popping up more and more video's. Search youtube for "Zi de Guqin Studio", that's a pretty good channel for such music.
